So Brandon and I are finally in Greece! We are in the Piraeus, which I must say, I don't particularly like. It's very busy, dirty, and noisy. But soon we will be on our ferry to Crete!
We have made a friend, Gerte, and he has been monstrously helpful... especially because he can speak Greek and English. He has definitely gone out of his way to get us what we need and where we need to go.
Everything has gone very smoothly, from the plane ride to getting to the Piraeus, but it has been very difficult to get our ferry ticket, which we thought we bought online, and getting internet. I have messed with the computer for a half an hour trying to figure it out.
Anyway, have to dash.

It was a dark rainy morning here but I'm thinking you are now basking in the Greek sun. Ya!! So glad you found someone to help you get around. Brandon, now you have to study up on modern Greek! Lily, you now have 100 text messages for the next month. They will be .20 each. Not many but at least you will have a few each day and not have to worry about it so much. Just say a lot in each one :-) !!! Check out this picture taken in Greece a few nights ago of the super moon! http://news.yahoo.com/photos/supermoon-lights-up-sky-slideshow/-supermoon-lights-up-the-sky-photo-1336273005.html
Must still be close to a full moon tonight.
